That's what the doctor started me on on Wednesday, FYI.

Diet and exersize are a great way to lower your colesterol.....
If you hadn't posted anonymously I might actually think you cared :) The only person who has the knowledge to make the statement you did is Jamie.

And I am working on both of those. For the last 6 or 8 weeks I work out twice a week with a personal trainer. I'm actively reading boxes now to get items lower in salt and cholesterol.

And for the record, I've decided not to take the Crestor. I go back in 10 weeks for followup blood tests. Between now and then I'm going to lower the cholesterol on my own.
